Everyone should do this course because…
… It embeds what lots of peple aspire to in terms of living healthier, happier, more conscious lives where people, planet and community are the highest priority. MEE
… Permaculture has changed my life, it has inspired me so much. It has allowed me to think differently and apply the permaculture principles to my life in my decision-making of everything. I have finally found my tribe of people… I didn’t realise there are so many like-minded people. It is very refreshing. I have never enjoyed learning so much, the style in which it has been taught, allows it all to sink in. I would recommend everyone to do a permaculture course. Suzanne Healy.
…It gives a support structure to living life differently. It puts you in touch with people from many different backgrounds and sklls who are like minded in wanting to live life better in harmony with nature and with what you have. It has given me a new positive exciting pathway to follow as empty nest arrived and career changes. GS
… It will let you see and do things that you have never done or seen before people’s reactions to different aspects are great. Permaculture rules! 🙂 Colin Watson
… It provides a recognised structured framework for designing and implementing and assessing the impact of sustainable living. On a personal level its stretched me, inspired me and re-connected me. Fab stuff! SD.
… It is a great way to open your mind and let the creative juices flow. Let childhood imagination back in to get not just solutions but extra areas to play, sit, relax, grow in your garden. Thank you for letting my daughter be part of the course, this allowed me to achieve my PDC.
What is particularly memorable about the permaculture design course?
…Spending time in such a kind and well-intentioned group of people. Feeling welcomed and safe. Learning in a structured but organic and non-forced way – so different to university!!!
… The people! The food! Brownies ♥. The weekend away at Ed’s place – being round the campfire and staying on the land / seeing permaculture in action. The subtle flow of knowledge.
… Phew – so much!!! For me I think the ethics has been the biggest thing. To find that there is a world wide movement that practices these ethics has filled me with hope for the future of humanity and the planet.
